This is the result of a long journey through Pirelli’s factories around Europe focusing on the working experience. How people interact with the machines, and how people interact with each other. Relations between leaders and subordinates, and relations between peers. In each country, in each factory always the most important value is humanity. The project was showcased in a book called Stories of work edited by Mondadori, with texts from Antonio Calabrò, Jean-Paul Fitoussi and Erri De Luca. A wider selection of these pictures was shown in the exhibition “Working” held in Milan at La Triennale and designed together with Studio Navone .
